Erin’s Investor Course

Hi! I’m Erin, and I want to tell you all about my new and improved Real Estate Investor Course! This course is completely online and totally self-paced, through the Teachable platform. You can do it from anywhere, on your own time. You can take as little or as much time as you want, and it’s all about you.

We’re going to start with a really foundational, basic beginning. Each portion, or module, is taught through a series of videos, and each video is accompanied by analysis documents and other great resources that will help you with whatever it is that we’re working on in that module.

The course starts by forcing you to dig really deep, get really honest with yourself, and figure out what you’re working toward and why. You’re going to give yourself specific deadlines to meet certain income goals, or to meet a certain number of doors in your portfolio, or numbers of flips, or number of wholesale deals, or whatever it is that you want to pursue. There are A LOT of strategies you can pursue in real estate, and I will introduce you to them in this course, but it’s important that you decide which strategy (or strategies) best support your long term goals.

So, once we figure out what your goals are, we will develop a strategy to support those goals. Once we have your strategic plan in place, and we set incremental goals to get you there, we’re going to start building a team and really dive deep into that market. And then, once we have a really good feeling for our market, and we know exactly where the opportunities are and where we want to focus, we’re going to look at individual properties within that market.

Only then can we do a cash flow analysis. I’m going to walk you through step-by-step how to analyze the property for cash flow, and then how to figure out what type of a return you can expect on that property and other properties in that area. Finally, we’re going to get out there and MAKE OFFERS. After all, this is literally where your money is going to be made, right?

This course is action-oriented! You’re going to set goals and I’m going to hold your feet to the fire. We (me, you, and the rest of your course team mates) are all going to hold each other accountable to those goals, and we’re going to crush it!
