2021 was a whirlwind! But then again, so is every year!

I am a BIG fan of accountability and believe in the power of putting your goals out there and having others hold your feet to the fire! So I am going to share with you the details of my year…I hope you will, too! Please leave a comment sharing how your year went!

My family started out the year in Kansas when my husband was put on military orders to attend a school there. Leaving Monterey, California was hard, but we’re always up for an adventure!

After getting over COVID at the beginning of the year, we hit the ground running and I am happy to report that I blew most of my goals out of the water!

Here are some of this year’s stats

• We added 125 people to the Investor Course network this year. I did not accomplish my goal but was able to add value to the course and increase the price, so it probably worked out better from a revenue standpoint.

• We added 16 doors plus two new syndicated deals to our portfolio this year. This is double our goal of 8 doors!

• Our monthly cash flow exceeds $7,000 now and we are financially free!

And our net worth grew to more than $1,000,000 this year!

I became a private money mortgage broker and am proud to say I helped over 30 investors scale their portfolios this year!

We bought a house in Leavenworth, KS and I flipped it with my Dad.

We also closed on a beach condo in Miramar Beach, FL where we hope to spend tons of time and build memories over the years! This is a fully furnished short-term rental walking distance to the ocean.

We also closed on a new build outside of Nashville, Tennessee where we returned for the third time thanks to another set of military orders.

We purchased a triplex in Clarksville and stabilized it within a month.

We bought a cabin in the Smoky Mountains and got to enjoy Thanksgiving there as a family as well as some time at Christmas before boarding the Polar Express. This is a fully furnished short-term rental.

We invested in a 10 unit value-add opportunity in Tacoma, WA. After it’s renovated and stabilized, it should provide a return of well over 10% and significantly increase in value.

We also invested in the White Feather Freedom Fund and are thrilled to see our money put to work on so many projects.

We launched the Women’s Investor Conference series and we already have the next one planned!

I also successfully defended my dissertation and finally completed my Doctorate in Business Administration after five years of study!

The highlight of our year happened in August when My husband ran and completed the Leadville 100 Trail Run in the altitude of the Rocky Mountains, crossing the finish line with me and the girls by his side!
